Real Lake Placid Maple Syrup
This pure maple syrup
is produced from sap collected by students and staff at the Shipman Youth Center and Red Fox Maple. The trees are tapped
throughout the village and on an 800 tap sugarbush located on the shores of Lake Placid. The sap is delivered to Cornell University's
Uihlein Forest on Bear Cub Lane where it is boiled down into delicious maple syrup for your enjoyment. All proceeds from
the sale of this product go directly to the Shipman Youth Center.
